Shipping methods and delivery times
Please note: We cannot ship to Australia, the U.S., Canada, South Africa, Germany, Georgia, Serbia, Chile and Argentina.
Humboldt Seed Organization manages its orders with great discretion and security. We ship all our items with special packaging, with no indication of its contents and with all the necessary protective measures to guarantee the transport is carried out safely and the souvenirs reach their destination in perfect condition.
Upon validation of the purchase, a confirmation email with the order number & tracking number will be sent.
At the time of purchase, you can select different shipping and payment methods. Depending on your choice and the destination country, the transport rate varies. During the checkout process, your expenses will be automatically calculated and indicated in the total price before validating your purchase.
When shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira offshore islands (Reunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe…), South America, Georgia, Israel, Iran, and Bulgaria the order cannot exceed 2 kg (Turkey 0.5 kg) and will be sent by Regular Mail*, meaning no tracking information on the order will be available. The recipient will receive a message when the parcel leaves our premises, upon request.
* Orders shipped by REGULAR MAIL don’t come with delivery insurance coverage and aren’t assigned a tracking number, so we cannot ensure the success of the delivery. However, you’ll receive an e-mail when it leaves our premises. The client assumes all responsibility and we will not be held responsible for any potential issues arising during transit. The recipient will, however, receive a confirmation e-mail when the order leaves our premises. For this order to be delivered, the carrier requires that both the recipient’s name and the delivery address are written in the Roman alphabet. Failing this, the carrier will not be able to deliver the order.
Shipping Types
We offer 5 different delivery options and insurance:
- Standard €10.00 – This is standard shipping, it will usually take anywhere between 5-10 days within Austria. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
- Flat Rate Europe €15.00 – This option is double packaged and is shipped priority. Usually at the destination within 2-3 business days. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
- Flat Rate Europe Stealth €25.00 – This option is double packaged and is shipped priority with a tee shirt. Usually at the destination within 2-3 business days. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
- Signature Europe Stealth €25.00 – This option is double packaged with a tee shirt, ships priority and requires a signature for delivery. This option is perfect if the package is being delivered to a high crime area. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
- Rest Of World (outside of Europe) €35.00 – This option is double packaged, ships priority and requires a signature for delivery. This option is perfect if the package is being delivered to a high crime area. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
- Guaranteed Insurance €25.00 – If this package is lost in transit we will reship once, 100% of the time no questions asked. A tracking number with signature is automatically emailed once the label is scanned. This option is in addition to the shipping charge!
Available payment methods:
Credit or debit card
If you select this payment method, once you click on Place Order you will be redirected to a secure payment Gateway, where you will be prompted to enter your credit card data to complete your payment.
Bank transfer
If you select this payment method, you will have to make your payment directly into our bank account, using your order code. You will receive an email with your code and our bank account details once the purchase has been validated. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Bitcoin
If you select this payment method, you will have to make your payment directly into our BTC account, using our wallet address. No changes or refunds shall be accepted on Bitcoin payments.
Cash
(If anything should go wrong with the CASH PAYMENT, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer and we won’t be held liable for such an event.)
If you select this payment method, you’ll have to send an envelope by registered mail with the exact amount of your order in cash. Only euros are accepted and the total amount of your purchase will be automatically rounded up so that you only have to send notes. As soon as your payment is processed, we’ll prepare and send your order.
Shipping to European Countries (without customs)

Shipping with UPS Express 24-hour service is also available upon customer’s request (with an additional cost).

Delivery time: 72-96 hours (working days from dispatch).

Customs
The purchaser shall be responsible for the goods at customs, which will be subject to the legislation in force in the country of destination. Should you have any doubts, please contact us at orders@humboldtseeds.net.

RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return items purchased on our website, it’s your right to do so within 14 days of receiving the order. We will only accept the product in the same condition as it left our warehouse. During that 14 day time it’s permitted to try and handle the product as you would in a physical store. We will never accept the return of an item with the sealed package opened or CannVerify tampered with.
In the case that you use Certified Postal Service to return the product, it can take a few days to two weeks for the ítem to arrive back to our warehouse. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us and shipment must have a tracking number.
In the unlikely case that you received the order in bad condition, report it immediately to the courier company. We cannot do anything if you do not report it in the first 24 hours after you receive the package. Taking a picture of the bad state of the shipment and not to accept the package is the best way to proceed, as the courier company will return it to our warehouse. Once we’ve checked the bad state of the product, we’ll ship to you a new package if the product is still available or we will refund the total import of your purchase.
If the shipment is returned to our warehouse without being delivered, our customers can choose to reship at their expense or, if you no longer wish to receive the order, you can request a refund of the purchase amount except for the shipping costs. We will refund the cost of returned goods through the same payment platform used to purchase the order. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, we will only refund the cost of returning damaged / faulty or mis ordered goods. Once we get the product back, it can take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed by our office.
If you purchased the product at a shop or via a distributor, please return to your point to purchase as they will most likely have a protocol on how to handle damaged goods.
