I ran these inside with NY Diesel and loved them. Pretty plant. Easy to grow other than needed trellis for the heavy nuggs. Smells nice and good bag appeal. I am growing a few outside right now in 50 gallon pots.
Grew this back in 2015 got 3 seeds from attitude seed bank 1 good pheno one not so good and one fire pheno
Early finish, good resistance. All three phenotypes developed frosty buds with smell like nice old school dank. Strong effect.
Worth a try! ?
I have to say the difference between the ‘Original’ OG Sapphire and this one its like a different plant and not necessarily for the better, I have spent 6 months working with this and been bitterly disappointed compared to the previous OG Sapphire from Spanish Humboldt which I worked with since 2019, luckily I still have a few knocking around since everything is different the taste the size even the look of the plant. I am not even sure if this is actually even OG Sapphire and for me has left me bitterly unsure about the new Humboldt AT. Completely inferior to the previous OG Sapphire, maybe there was a seed mix up I am not sure but this is definitely not the plant I remember it being.
Have grown this a few times and it quickly became one of my favourites. I’ve found 2 main phenos, one lighter and more lemony the other darker sometimes purple and more grapey. The lemon being my preference but both taste amazing. After about 3-4 months cure it tastes and smells exactly like lemons and black pepper.
Just when you think you couldn’t possibly find anything better and you feel you have the best right now, you stumble onto a new strain. Sapphire OG is that new light at the end of the tunnel, THE one you have always been looking for. Try it, and you will like it. I did and I have never looked back.
Sapphire OG is just such a stunningly huge yielding indica strain! Its insane how monstrous these girls can get, and then the colas fill out and become so heavy that you must support them. Theres just so much weight being put on in such a short amount of time that you are gonna need to help these girls out a bit, but I promise you that you will be rewarded well for your efforts. The flowers from Sapphire OG plants are just some of the most breath taking kush there is, honestly absolute top shelf kush. The 15% sativa plays into the effect just enough to keep you from being stuck to the couch, aswell as giving these plants the hefty stretch and weight producing qualities. HSO keep it up!
